As part of their product design team, I help shape the language behind every interaction - from buttons and onboarding flows to error messages and micro-moments of delight. One Zero isn’t just another bank; it’s a challenger brand taking on the giants with transparency, simplicity, and a customer-first mindset. My role is to make sure every word earns trust, builds clarity, and keeps users feeling in control - without the corporate jargon.
